Shakir Hasan serves as the Manager – HR, Admin & Finance at Ahmed Multipurpose Agro Farm, where he plays a pivotal role in the company’s internal governance and operational excellence. He joined the organisation in January 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in administration, human resources, and financial management.

In his current role, Shakir oversees all aspects of human resource development, including staff recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with labour regulations. He ensures that the workplace environment remains efficient, productive, and aligned with the organisation’s values.

On the financial front, Shakir is responsible for budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and maintaining internal financial controls. He manages payroll systems, ensures timely disbursement of salaries, and monitors regulatory compliance, including tax and audit documentation. His ability to streamline procedures and maintain accuracy in financial operations has contributed significantly to the farm’s fiscal discipline.

Administratively, Shakir supervises logistics, procurement, and property management while maintaining essential record-keeping systems. He ensures all departments are properly resourced and supported, creating a solid foundation for operational success.
